This brew in a bag method isn’t too time consuming, a couple of hours then you’re just waiting around for the brew to do it’s thing. Worth doing just for the experience and satisfaction.

Yeah if I’m going to do it I want to use a kettle and buy a small oak whiskey barrel to do some aging.
