"Young's" Double Chocolate Stout is a luxurious stout with a dense black color and slightly sweet taste with dominant notes of dark chocolate and roasted malt. Three types of malt (Pale Ale, Crystal and Chocolate), Fuggle and Golding hops, real dark chocolate and chocolate essence are used in the production of stout.
Young's Double Chocolate Stout has won several awards at international competitions, including four medals at the Brewing Industry International Awards: gold in 2000, silver in 2002 and bronze in 1998 and 2004. .
Wells & Young's was formed in 2006 as a result of the merger of Charles Wells Ltd and Young's Brewery. By that time, the family brewery Charles Wells, founded in 1876, controlled 237 pubs in England and four in France. After the merger, Charles Wells owned 60% of the shares, Jung's share was 40%. In 2011, Charles Wells took full control of the company.
In early 2007, Wells & Young's invested in the purchase of the Courage brand. Also, in addition to producing its own brands, the brewery brews beer from other brands, including Kirin Ichiban, Red Stripe and Estrella Damm. This makes the company's production portfolio voluminous, it includes many favorite and popular varieties in the UK. The beer is brewed at Eagle Brewery - a facility originally owned by Charles Wells Ltd. For success in export trade, the brewery has repeatedly been awarded the prize of Her Majesty the Queen of England for "Achievements in the International Market". Today, Wells & Young's beer is supplied to 25 countries around the world.

I love young's chocolate stout - the one of the first chocolate stouts I drank and still one of the best
Chocolate and Coffee beer, really interesting. I have never come across these types of beer.
