So is this an amateurish review?
or about amateruish IPAs? 😝
I really do like that microbrews are turning up all over.
American beers are like making love in a canoe, except not as interesting.
I would not mind a world where all the bland name brand "beers" disappeared.
And may you find another 3/6 pack of IPAs to review sooner (rather than later)
I like the cooking class. Making those frozen baggeded thingies into tasty dishes is an excellent skill/teaching.
If you have it in you, would love beer battering how to… like how to keep it on the fish while letting it set up
I just buy my beer battered fish fillets from the store pre-made.
I call my reviews "amateurish" because I make no pretense of expertise. These are just the unhinged opinions of an occasional drinker. It's been a long time since I posted them regularly.
Good microbrews: Quilter's Irish Death, and anything from Sierra Nevada, Deschutes, or New Belgium/Voodoo Ranger.
