No soy una persona tomadora de cerveza, pero hace un tiempo la mamá de mi novio me estuvo enseñando a preparar una bebida en la playa ideal para refrescar en el calor, ya que nos encontrábamos en Playa Punta Arenas.
I’m not really a beer drinker, but some time ago my boyfriend’s mom taught me how to prepare a beachside drink that’s perfect for cooling off in the heat, since we were at Playa Punta Arenas.
Aprovechando que teníamos todos los ingredientes, me enseñó cómo se preparaba la michelada y resultó ser más sencillo de lo que pensaba.
Since we had all the ingredients, she showed me how to make a michelada, and it turned out to be much simpler than I expected.
Preparación de la Michelada clásica
Classic Michelada Recipe**
Ingredientes:
1 cerveza fría
1 limón
Sal
Hielo
Ingredients:
1 cold beer
1 lime
Salt
Ice
Preparación:
- Añadimos la cerveza fría en el vaso.
- Después exprimimos el jugo del limón directamente en el vaso con cerveza.
- Luego agregamos el toque de sal y añadimos lo que quedó de los limones.
- Incorporamos hielo opcional.
- Mezclamos todo suavemente para que los ingredientes se integraran y listo para disfrutar 🍺
Preparation:
- Pour the cold beer into a glass.
- Then squeeze the lime juice directly into the beer.
- Add a pinch of salt and toss in the lime remains.
- Add ice if desired.
- Stir gently so everything blends together, and it’s ready to enjoy! 🍺
Yo solo probé un poco y se sentía como una bebida ligera sin sabores extraños, ideal para quienes quieren probar algo diferente para refrescarse.
I only tasted a little, and it felt like a light drink with no strange flavors, perfect for those who want to try something different to cool down.
Además, disfrutarla en un ambiente como lo fue con esa hermosa vista de Punta Arenas frente al mar es espectacular.
And enjoying it in a setting like that beautiful view of Punta Arenas by the sea was truly spectacular.
Aunque no soy cervecera, fue divertida esta experiencia de aprender cómo se prepara la bebida y que no sabía que se llamaba Michelada.
Even though I’m not a beer person, learning how to make this drink was a fun experience, and I didn’t even know it was called a Michelada!
Por otro lado, a veces no solo es refrescante la bebida, sino también cuando está acompañada de un lugar así de bonito y buena compañía.
Sometimes, it’s not just the drink that refreshes you, but the beautiful place and good company that come with it.
