Greetings beer lovers, this is my first participation in this BeerSaturday initiative, although I have had in mind to participate for several weeks now, but, with so many things on my mind I simply forgot about it. Today in this corner of the world it has been very hot, I imagine it was over 35°C and today there was a lot of humidity in the air, so in the afternoon when I was on my way back home I decided to buy a beer to cool down a bit.
I stopped at the nearest liquor store and bought a "Solera Classic " in its 250 ml presentation in a can. This beer is not my favorite, but, I must confess that there is something in its flavor that I like. It is a beer that is brewed by the largest brewery in Venezuela, I told you about Cervecería Polar.
Although I am not an expert brewer, I will try to make a kind of technical sheet according to my appreciation, a point of view of an enthusiast of good drinking. Among the Solera line of beers, this one is known for having a strong character, with a strong presence of hops, it has 6° of alcohol and a nice light amber color. I really like its soft but persistent aroma and persistent foam.
I think it is a mild beer ideal for hot days, and for that reason it should be drunk very cold, between 2° and 4°C degrees. And as you can see in the picture, I was quite hot and needed a drink of something really refreshing.

Una cerveza al final de un día caluroso
Saludos amantes de la cerveza, esta es mi primera participación en esta iniciativa de BeerSaturday, aunque de he tenido en mente participar desde hace ya varias semanas, pero, con tantas cosas en mente simplemente lo he olvidado. Hoy en este rincón del mundo ha estado haciendo mucho calor, imagino estuvimos sobre los 35°C y hoy había mucha humedad en el ambiente, así que por la tarde cuando venía de regreso a casa decidí comprarme una cerveza para refrescarme un poco.
Me detuve en la tienda de licores más cercana y compre una "Solera Classic" en su presentación de 250 ml en envase de lata. Esta cerveza no es mi favorita, pero, debo confesar que hay algo en su sabor que me gusta. Es una cerveza que es elaborada por la cervecería más grande de Venezuela, les habló de Cervecería Polar.
Aunque no soy experto cervecero, intentaré hacer una especie de ficha técnica según mi apreciación, un punto de vista de un entusiasta del buen beber. Entre la línea de las cervezas Solera esta es conocida por tener un carácter fuerte, con bastante presencia del lúpulo, tiene 6°de Alcohol y tiene un agradable color ámbar claro. Me gusta mucho su aroma suave pero persistente, y de una espuma persistente.
Creo es una cerveza suave ideal para días calurosos, y por ello debe tomarse muy fría, entre unos 2° y 4°C grados. Y como lo pueden ver en la fotografía, estaba bastante acalorado y era necesario un trago de algo verdaderamente refrescante.

Esa cerveza se ve muy buena, en lo personal no me gustan las cervezas perfumadas, creo a eso te refieres cuando dices el "aroma persistente" pero cuando la cerveza ya tiene mas de 3.5° de alcohol ya son de las mías pues tomo normalmente, cerveza obscura y con altos grados de alcohol.
