Just kidding, but I thought of it when I saw the name of this beer "The Bull and The Bear" a Golden Pub Ale.
Once again, I am hibernating down in the @handofzara man cave on this #beersaturday as once again it is hot as hell outside. I can absolutely attest to the heat today as I spent much of it outside.
Yep, I am keeping to my grind as I have set for myself a goal of running (well more like trotting) a 5K Race this Fall, which will be my first time ever entering a race since 1978. And given my advanced years in age will be quite an achievement, to simply huff and puff across the finish line.
Then I worked in the garden for a couple of hours while the hot North Carolina Sun beat down upon my old bald noggin.
Just a small portion of the fruits of my labor. Unfortunately, these are determinate tomatoes and have run their course. Determinate tomatoes have one major crop that only lasts for several weeks and then that is it, the vines die off. So I spent a good deal of time pulling the dead vines out of the garden.
No worries I have other varieties that should keep producing well into September.
Right! Lets get on with it then shall we!

APPEARANCE: deep gold, thick foamy head and clear
AROMA: malt
TASTE: sweet roasted malt with a bitter finish
MOUTHFEEL: light body, well carbonated with a bitter finish
