Greetings, fellow sentient beings!
I think this is my first #BeerSaturday entry. It might be my second or whatever. Nobody remembers, at least nobody here, sitting on my chair.
I want to share a small series I recently emptied the bottles of.
It's from the MetalHead craft beer brewery in Vetren, Bulgaria. I took a small four-pack during my first visit there. And I transported the beer the rest of the 350 kilometers myself before I opened the first one.
What they do there is they pay extra attention to the looks, the packaging, and the branding of their products.
But...those are bottles inside.
Small 330ml bottles and I actually just wanted the box. It was for personal tests though.
I opened one a day only so that no tastes were mixed or anything. And they were all strange.
Lick It Up — American Pale Ale 5.6%. The one I liked the most as a dude not used to IPAs or their MetalHead craft versions.
Lady Lust — Milkshake IPA 6%.
Lady Luck is a song by Deep Purple and I don't want you to only show me some Jamie Woon 2011 stuff, you ignorant TubeOfYous...
Hop Suey — Metal RIPA 6.5%
Cinn City — Winter Ale 4.6%
With some cinnamon in.
Conclusions...
I am not the craft fan that I thought I might be. At least for now. Or maybe these were strong in marketing, not yet powerful on the brewing side of things. After all, some beers took hundreds of years to perfect.
The songs aged well, so... ;)
Thank you for viewing!
Cheers!

Wow! This it the first #BeerSaturday post that I see from you and as usual it is at a very high level.
Well done my friend!
I don't like IPA. But maybe I could try "Lick It Up — American Pale Ale 5.6%. "
Cheers!
Thanks! I forgot to mention they had more than a dozen kinds of beer altogether. Those were just pre-packed and easy to grab.
The Lick It up was the best one to my taste despite the fact that I liked all the rest of the labels better.
Cool. This metal beer post deserves a !BEER

.Haha! I love the branding but not the taste you found. Hop Suey sounds like my kinda beer and I might like to give that a try when I visit you in Bulgaria.

Oh, you're welcome here ;) I would insist on showing you more beers, though. I found some pretty nice local ones, and other European beers, too.

.Damn, I love this one! And it looks like a great gift for someone. I'd personally get crazy receiving it, lol. Can these be found online?
I don't know. I guess I'll have to bring you some when I come to Romania again...eventually...
Definitely, haha!
If that was available in my country, I would never drink any other brand of beer! That is extremely cool! 😈
Looks like a very good collection of !BEER
