Czeskie piwo "Rohozec Trinactka" i domowy obiad, czyli karczek młoda kapusta i młode ziemniaczki
The weather is nice, I feel like drinking beer, so I will consistently try new types that I have not known before. That's why today it's Czech beer, because the Czech sense of humor is close to me, and I've never been disappointed with Czech beers.
Pogoda, dopisuje, mam ochotę na piwo, więc konsekwenstnie będę próbowal nowych gatunków nie znanych mi do tej pory. Dlatego dzisiaj piwo czeskie, bo czeskie poczucie humoru jest mi bliskie, a i na czeskich piwach nigdy się nie zawiodłem.

It's Czech beer today combined with a home-made dinner, which, of course, consists of duck broth, roasted pork, young cabbage with dill and young potatoes.
To Czeskie piwo dzisiaj w zestawieniu z domowym obiadem, na który składa się oczywiście rosół z kaczki, do tego pieczone mięso wieprzowe, młoda kapusta z koperkiem i młode ziemniaki.
Preparing dinner is not too complicated, but unfortunately time-consuming, it takes about 2-3 hours. However, the taste of young cabbage with dill and new potatoes compensates for all the inconvenience associated with preparing the meal.
Przygotowanie obiadu nie jest zbyt skomplikowane, ale niestety czasochłonne, bo zajmuje około 2-3 godzin. Niemniej smak młodej kapusty z koperkiem i młodymi ziemniakami rekompensuje wszystkie niedogodności związane z przygotowaniem posiłku.

In fact, when I bought this beer, I didn't know what the name meant. The dictionary told me that Rohozec means mat in Czech. I don't see any sense here, but they are Czechs.
Tak na prawdę kupując te piwo nie wiedziałem co ta nazwa oznacza. Słownik podpowiedział mi, że Rohozec to po czesku mata. Nie widzę tu żadnego sensu, no ale to są Czesi.

The beer is quite strong, with 6% alcohol and 13% extract. The composition includes barley malt, Zatecki hops and sugar, and an antioxidant, which is a surprise to me.
Piwo jest dość mocne, bo ma 6% alkoholu, a do tego 13 procent ekstraktu. W skład wchodzi słód jęczmienny, Zatecki chmiel i cukier, i antyoksydant co jest dla mnie zaskoczeniem.
The taste of the beer is slightly bitter, it has a nice hop aroma and I must admit that it is tasty, despite a few additions that I did not expect. But the Czechs are famous for the fact that even bad, cheap beer is good.
W smaku piwo jest lekko goryczkowate, ma miły chmielowy zapach i muszę przyznać że jest smaczne, mimo kilku dodatków których się nie spodziewałem. No ale Czesi słyną z tego, że nawet niedobre tanie piwo jest dobre.

The foam is clear and thick and lasts quite a long time. Although the beer is not one of the best Czech beers, it is worth trying.
Piana jest jasna gęsta i dość długo się utrzymuje. Choć piwo nie należy do jakiejś czeskiej czołówki, warto go spróbować.
