Cheers to all beer lovers! How's everyone doing?
I'm sharing with you today how my hubby and I decided to treat ourselves.
After a long day of hard work and earning, we thought, "Why not relax with some beer?"
And so, we made our way to the grocery store, joking about how everyone says, "We deserve this!"😅
After dinner, it was time to head to the fridge and grab the San Miguel flavored beers: lemon and apple.
We also reached for some nuts and cornick, the beloved "pulutan" here in the Philippines.
It's almost a tradition to pair these beers with tasty snacks, especially when we're just relaxing at home.
After that, we cracked open the bottles and poured them into glasses filled with ice.
Sipping that beer is quite delightful!
The sweetness is balanced creating a refreshing and soothing flavor.
We also munched on some crunchy cornick and salty nuts, chatting and laughing while enjoying the beers.
Our son, Ryzen, was also still awake that time and was trying to join us.
He's probably curious about the snacks and drinks we had.
But because he couldn't have the cornick or nuts, I quickly handed him some biscuits and eggnog to satisfy his craving.
Even with his playful interruptions, our simple beer night made it extra memorable.
Good thing we allow ourselves to unwind and appreciate the simple pleasures in life.

Btw, when my daughter was young (now a teenager) sinasabay nmin xa when drinking at home.. she gets a glass of iced tea.. she enjoyed it.. but now, she's complaining, bakit daw nag iba na ang lasa 😂.. xempre hindi na nmin xa maloloko,,
