Yesterday, while I was doing my grocery shopping, I came across a new beer from the Solera brand, which I hadn't tried before, and without hesitation, I bought it. It cost 1.70, and considering that it's a limited edition, for Solera's 70th anniversary, I thought it was an excellent purchase, although I didn't buy the cheese. Well, there's always cheese; Solera Bohemia, I don't know.
In recent days, Venezuela has experienced a constant explosion of news, both good and bad, which has kept us in constant stress, so yesterday, after checking social media and seeing the amount of information there was, I preferred to have the beers I had bought earlier and enjoy the new flavor.
Solera is celebrating its 70th anniversary, and for this reason, they have launched the Solera Bohemia on the market, which not only has a sober and delicate color, but its taste and smell are also sweeter. Previously, I had reviewed here the Solera Blue and Solera Green. Latter being famous for having the highest alcohol content among Venezuelan beers.
Solera beers, from the Polar brewery, are premium-type beers, so they are not found everywhere. Regarding this beer, Solera Bohemia, I found it in a Bodegón, and its recent launch served to celebrate the anniversary and the end of this year. With 4.2° alcohol, Solera Bohemia is a smooth, refreshing beer, with hints of malt and fruit. Not bitter, with moderate foam and ingredients such as water, barley, cereal flakes or syrups, carbon dioxide, hops, and stabilizers.
Maybe I'm exaggerating, but beyond the tiredness or the problem we have, if we sit down, open a beer, and drink it, we feel that the stress level goes down, we feel like we can handle everything, and the problem isn't as big as we thought.
