Yum, I've got a good one to share with everyone tonight. Returning to my favorite Iowa brewery, I picked up a four-pack of their double IPA today to enjoy some Toppling deliciousness. This is a good one.
Brimming with mosaic hops, this one comes in at 100 IBU with a solid 7.8% ABV. You can not taste the booze, whatsoever, with this one. There is no real weakness from beginning to end when you put this one down with each sip.
It's actually a pretty dangerous beer! I'm already halfway through this glass...I think I could put four down easily, but I would definitely not be driving a vehicle after these.
Named after Sosus of Pergamon, the can is a beautiful tribute to Mosaic art work from antiquity. Some 39,000 checkins on Untapd rate this one 4.27/5.00...I'm going to give this one a 4.50. Delicious.

Sounds Like it's really well balanced - We do get Goliath Brewing in Australia so might see if I can find this one.
