Beer tasting: Bergkönig’s Gordon IPA

Hello beer tasters!

How's going? I notice few hours later that Steemit Communities are open again, and, as you can see in the background of the photo, we just finished our Christmass tree and I deserved a beer :)

Bergkönig’s Gordon Ölways IPA

Brewed by craft brewery Tektonik, Ljubljana, Slovenia. 0.5 bottle, alcohol 5.9% ABV. Bought in Hofer local store.

The beer is opaque orange color, with solid dense foam that slowly disappears. The first sip shows the characteristic of the true IPA beer, a distinct bitterness, in the background are the herbs that pass in moments to the fruit and back to the herbals. Bitterness dominates the whole time of drinking and long after.

Very good IPA beer, if you ask me. Otherwise it was not purposeful purchased for Christmas Eve, it was just in the refrigerator among others, but I think I chose well. Dinner and fun follows...
