love the swing top to take it on the go! i also buy a a Belgian witbier that has the same instructions of pouring half and then giving it a swirl before the rest. supposed to give it a nice foamy head. maybe it's all show but it does make it look pretty
I've heard of doing the "swirl" but not of "shaking" it lol. I haven't had Hoegaarden in a long time but remember it to be pretty good.
