I had a great Canadian red ale yesterday and enjoyed the balance between malty and sweet with very light hop profile. This one looks a little darker and potentially sweeter with the maple syrup addition. 7% abv takes it away from typical reds but probably perfect for the cold winter months sipping. We have plenty of that here in Canada and are happy to have inspired Juju!
