Wow great initiative. Mga baby pa pala andyan, aged 0-5 yrs. Need na daw nila ng psychiatric evaluation?

    They have 1 baby (I forgot kung ilang buwan na sya when I visited them a few weeks ago) under their care right now. All the rest are toddlers na and all those na mag turn 5 years are the ones na need ng psych eval.
