Good morning everyone. It's been a while since I posted something here on Hive. Been kind of busy with work these past few days but finally got the chance to post something today. I will share with you what we did yesterday with my partner and friends. Since it is my rest day we decided to have some "food trips". This is the term that we use whenever we decided to eat something.
We bought some pork meat in the market we also catch some fresh tilapias in our small fish pond to grill it. I went to the market together with my partner and bought charcoal, and some ingredients for marinating like onion, garlic, lemon, and soy sauce. All you need to do is mix them all and leave them in for us to marinate them.
This is where we got our fresh tilapia by the way. This is a project by my brother and it was worth it. Whenever I come home to our province I always have this fish since it is so good once grilled or deep-fried.
We just grilled them all until it is perfectly cooked. You don't want to overcook them because it will be so hard to chew on them.
After cooking we decided to eat it in a boodle-fight manner. This is the best way to eat with friends. You just put all the food in banana leaves and eat it using your hands.
