Hello everyone its your chyxille back again for another blog! Have you ever attended a seminar for the the protection for our environment and how it affected us?Well if yes then, it's good to hear.

Do you guys know Tañon Strait?

Tañon Strait belongs to the ecoregion with the highest marine diversity in the world (Carpenter & Springer, 2005). It is also one of the heavily exploited fishing grounds in the country (Green, et al., 2004). It is even under constant threat of plastic pollution.

For today,I will be tackling about the experience of attending a seminar of DENR about Tañon Strait and how can we protect our environment.

DURING THE EVENT!

To start of everything, while we were waiting for the event to start we just sit there and chitchatting with friends. The event starts at 10 am maybe, but before it Started maam Ivy stated some background about the seminar that we will be tackling for the day.She also started with the opening remarks.

After maam Ivy started the opening remarks &naming the DENR officers that they will he joining with us for a day,it then proceeded to show some video about the biodiversity & it's relationship in us people. After which iy then proceeded to ask some questions about what we understood about the video that we just watched

A shot of the participant that firstly answer the question,"In your own words what is Biodiversity"

After the Q&A portion,it then proceeded to the next video About the 4 services that the environment gave us & its benefits.

The last but not the least video is all about Tañon Strait,While we were watching the video the Yes o officers & the DENR was distributing snacks for us to be able to have our energy regained.

After the last video we can't forget about the Q&A portion Right? This might be the easiest question because some of those questions are open ended but they only chose some students who will answer the question.
