Ito po Ang parte ko para po sa @hive-ph contest about Independence at napili ko po Ang temang : KALAYAAN
Ang atin pong Araw ng Kalayaan (Filipino: Araw ng Kasarinlan; tinatawag din po ang, "Araw ng Kalayaan") ay isang taunang pambansang pista opisyal sa Pilipinas na ipinagdiriwang tuwing ika-12 ng Hunyo, bilang paggunita po sa Deklarasyon ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas mula sa Espanya noong ika-12 ng Hunyo 1898. Ito po ay ating Pambansang Araw ng bansa.
Kinakanta ko po ang kantang BAYAN KO, na inspirasyon at inawit ng Filipino Singer at composer, si Freddie Aguilar, ito ay orihinal na isinulat bilang tula ni Jose Corazon de Jesus noong 1929, itinakda po sa musika ni Constancio de Guzman.
Ang "Bayan Ko" ay isinulat bilang isang awiting protesta po noong panahon ng pananakop ng mga Amerikano sa Pilipinas, madalas po itong inaawit sa mga rali ng protesta at demonstrasyon sa buong kasaysayan ng Pilipinas.
Ang awit po na ito ay isa sa mga pinakakilalang makabayang awitin ng Pilipinas at ito ang pangalawang hindi opisyal na pambansang awit ng Pilipinas. Nakatuon po ito sa kung paano nakuha ang Pilipinas dahil sa kagandahan at kariktan nito at kung paano po ito malapit nang maibalik ang kalayaan, para sa bayan at bansa.
Mahusay po na ipahayag ang ating puso at saloobin tungkol sa Kasarinlan sa pamamagitan ng mga kanta. Hindi po ako isang mang-aawit at hindi rin po maganda ang boses ko ngunit nais kong ipahayag ang aking mga saloobin sa pamamagitan ng pag-awit at ang temang ito ay para sa Araw ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas na ipinagdiwang noong Hunyo 12, 2023. Bilang isang mag-aaral ay mayroon din akong ibang mga awitin na naitala para sa aking mga aktibidad sa paaralan,at para upakita po kung paano ko pinahalagahan ang ating kalayaan sa iba't ibang paraan bukod sa pag-awit, sa pagsali sa mga aktibidad sa kultura at katutubong sayaw sa paaralan, o sa mga video sa bahay dahil nasa blended learning pa rin tayo. Pinakamabuting isabuhay ang ating kalayaan at bigyang importansya ang ating mga kultura.
Ako din po ay may ginawang kanta tungkol sa Buhay na Masaya.
Ang bawat isa po sa atin ay laging naghahangad ng kalayaan. At bilang isang Pilipino responsibilidad ko rin na ipakita ang aking pagmamahal at pagmamalasakit sa aking bansang Pilipinas.

Our Independence Day (Filipino: Araw ng Kasarinlan; also Araw ng Kalayaan, "Day of Freedom")is an annual national holiday in the Philippines observed on 12 June, commemorating the Philippine Declaration of Independence from Spain on 12 June 1898. It is our country's National Day.
I sing the song BAYAN KO, inspired and sung by the Filipino Singer and composer, Freddie Aguilar, it was originally written as a poem by Jose Corazon de Jesus in 1929, set to music by Constancio de Guzman.
"Bayan Ko" is written as a protest song during the American occupation of the Philippines, it is often sung in protest rallies and demonstrations throughout Philippine history.
The song is one of the most recognizable patriotic songs of the Philippines and it is the second unofficial national anthem of the Philippines. It focuses on how the Philippines was taken over because of its beauty and splendor and how it will soon gain back its freedom, for the people and the country.
It is Great to express our heart and thoughts about Independence through songs. I am not a singer nor have a very good voice but I want to express my thoughts through singing and this theme is for the Independence day of the Philippines celebrated last June 12, 2023. As a student I also have other songs recorded for my activities in school,and also showing how I cherished our freedom in different ways aside from singing, by joining cultural and folk dance activities in school, or in videos at home because we are still in blended learning. It is best to practice our freedom and giving importance to our cultures.
Each of us always desire for freedom. And as a Filipino it is also my responsibility to show my love and care to my country Philippines.
