Hello HIVER'S, it's me again, @iamhug. How's your day? I hope you're fully fine. This is the camp adventure for me. This is an unexpected thing that happened in my life. Nothing is impossible if you are a good leader.
DAY 1
After we create our camp team name, we have the rules: 1. Leader 2. Assistant Leader 3. Timekeeper 4. Flag Bearer 5. Sweeper. The job of the LEADER is to guide the team and see if we completed it; the job of the ASSISTANT LEADER is to find what is missing if the team was not completed. TIMEKEEPER he/she holds the time because time is gold we need to know (it is very important job to know the time because all of us has no cellphone, the facilitator was keep it to make us not be disturb, FLAG BEARER is one of holding the flag that notice us that we are that team, SWEEPER is the last line of team because he/she told that the team was complete,the task is he/she sweep that all team is already gathered. Facilitator was come again they cope us because the head of facilitator is there to introduce himself and share something of being a leader.

Sadly I forgot his name 😔.
He discuss about leadership that “Leadership starts from within. Each one of us has a bugsay (paddle), which symbolizes our capacity to move forward and achieve our goals. You are leader when you CHOOSE to take charge of your destiny. DECIDE where you want to go. PLAN how are you going to get to your destination. Then, pick up your paddle and PADDLE HARD everyday until you get there.” Bobby Aboitiz
Why? It is because if you don't show what leadership is, your leader comes from nothing. Show them that you are responsible for your position.
And so he discusses a lot that leadership is important for the youth; we are the ones that guide others to be responsible people.

Then after that, all he gives us is a paper, and that paper is to rate our strengths. The rating is 5, strongly agree, 4, strong agree, 3, agree, 2, strongly disagree, and 1, disagree.
The facilitator said if we're done, we can pass forward, and so group 1 was the first done, so we have the rules. Maybe it's already time to snack that first day. The rules are that before we go to the food area, we need to line up, and then the sweeper starts to say "team BARIGON count of." Our team has 14 members, and the sweeper already got the last number; he/she said the team BARIGON is complete.

Then, walking to the food area, the facilitator was the first one in line because she guided us along the way to the food area. As we walked, me and myself looked around and were amazed at the very nice view and place. I couldn't wait to discover a lot of it.

The facilitator teaches us how to get food and where we sit in a team. And also, if we eat, we use a plate, spoon, fork, and glass. Before we go to the next step, we need to wash it. We are responsible to clean before we leave, and we all get the guidelines.
SNACK TIME

This time it's already 10:23 am, and this line will be the snack, so after we lined up,we sat down with a team.

As we can see, we're all enjoying the food given to us by our food staff. My deepest thanks to all for preparing our delicious food every day.
Next, after we eat our snack, we wash our glass because glass is the only one we use. Sadly to say, we didn't get a picture every time we ate because, as I said, they kept our phone and the teacher only used the phone because the teacher would be staring and the students would be the most important in this activity. They kept it because, as I've said, it would be disturbing to us.
Then, after we were done washing, the swimmer again said, "Team BARIGON counts," and so we went to the exploration hall. We are all exchanging; it depends on the activities we do that day.
So the facilitator was giving us a task to make yell to represent our team. In my and my schoolmates situation, we felt the team was out of place. Sadly, we kept our mouths quiet because they didn't hear our voice. Maybe we suggested something, but if we really found a song that was much better, they disposed of our suggestion. We kept quiet until they made the song. As me and my schoolmates also participate in the song they made, even though we have some bad feelings for them, me and her are always giving our best to be open. We are four members of our school, which is Ilihan Integrated School. They divided us into two teams, so one person has the other team, and the other two are awkward in the group. So the time is up for practice. After the exploration, we go to Discovery Hall to present our yell.
So there's activity that gives us the opportunity to speak and release what our own team feels.
I release all I feel to make them know that's why I want to be united. So I start from the beginning. We felt that me and my schoolmates were out of place. We see that we are the two people who entered the team, as usually some of you know each other, so we have already been disappointed. Why did we go out of place? Maybe we were the people's ignored. That's why I feel, yes, I'm too shy, but we suggest something. No one's heard from us for me. I want to make friends with you all, but please welcome us. Then my schoolmates talk.
So after that, we say sorry for each other, and we need the suggestion heard. So the task was given to make the 5 behaviors as a team and to give us the cloth and materials that we need to be creative.

As you show our 5 behaviors as a team is ATTENTIVE, PRODUCTIVE, OPENNESS, EQUALITY, and UNITY.
This is the last task that was given to our facilitator, and then, as usual, on the first day, we need our sleeping area.

After this, the fire alarm rang, so there's someone who called us.

This is the head of the facilitator. I mean, he said that we have a lot of things we discover in the morning: we hear the singing of birds, we can see the sun rising, and we can smell the fresh air. So maybe there's a lot of what he said, but that's what I keep in mine. Sorry, maybe I'm just slightly amnesia (just joking).
The last thing that we do on our first day is that we didn't sleep and we couldn't update our family that we were already there on our adventure, so we approached our facilitator to see if we could use a few minutes to update our family that we'd already been there. The facilitator stated that we would have the opportunity to update our families that night, but no one would use phones the next day, so we were excited to use our phones, but there was no signal in that location. After we update, we take a picture, then give it back to our facilitator.
