Hello, my dearest hivers! How's everything going so far? I hope you're all doing well. It's been a while since I uploaded my last blog here. It's me again @iamjamil, back with another blog to share with you today.
Days after the election of officers for all the clubs, both academic and non-academic, we were tasked to make our respective bulletin boards for the evaluation. We're not expecting it because last year it was stopped. We were very shocked since we only had one week(if I'm not mistaken) to prepare since the next week it would be the evaluation. Me and my club executives were very confused what to do. So the next day , we request to be excused half-day (morning) to plan out our bulletin board.
We discussed about our plan and also give suggestions to make our bulletin board beautiful as much as we can. So we ended up with the concept of old vintage. Then, we started to gather out materials and we're going to use recyclable materials a much as we can since you know our club is all about the environment. We prepared plastic bottles, used papers, karton, and also ginit( it's a brown fiber that wraps around coconut palm trunks).
The next day, we started to craft/make the designs and the content of our bulletin board. Other members were tasked to do the content and others were tasked to do the designs. Then, we started up to paste the old paper to the bulletin board and the rest of the things that were needed is we did it the next day since we were only excused half day for 4 days because we also have classes.
It's almost the deadline of our bulletin board and we're yet done(huhu). So we ended up cramming it( hahaha). By the way, the deadline of our bulletin board was on Friday (June 27, 2025) and in the afternoon is also the HPTA Meeting. Luckily, we were able to finished it and it went out good. Thanks to the people behind it.
I still can't believe that we're gonna finished it despite the hectic schedules, but we made it happened. It's quit tiring but we also enjoyed doing it.

I am so proud of all the YES O members. In our school, our YES O club also has different activities that will really help the students and the school.
