Hello there my lovely hivers!!!!
On the Afternoon, my cousin told me to cook a pancake since my auntie had a pancake flour so it's just easy for me to cook there's a taste on it already and the needed ingredients to put on the flour were written on the plastic. I kept reading the instructions and kept looking on the internet the step by step process. But it needed some measuring cups/tbsp and we don't have one. Also the whisk needed to mix the pancake mix, I didn't ask them if they have 1, since I was shy.
I shared with my cousin, that it's my first time to do this pancake and I don't have an idea how to mix these ingredients. He told me to search on the internet and he also asked me what those ingredients needed. He then prepared the egg and the oil for me to start.
He was excited to eat it that made me feel nervous to perfectly cook it. I didn't measure the pancake flour, I just put it directly into the Tupperware and I kept mixing it with the egg and oil. Plus, I didn't know how much water I would put in the mixture.
I'm not confident of what I did with this mixture it doesn't look perfect. When I first put the mixture on the pan, it looked like an egg. I was so scared that they would ask what I do with the pancake and the taste of it.
Some of it gets burnt since it's my first time cooking this kind of food. And the taste of it was not that good It looked fluffy and my auntie told me it tasted like bread. That made me not cook this pancake mix again.
My cousin wanted to try to cook this pancake and I left him with this little mixture so he would know how to cook even though the mixture looks bad.
These are all the pancakes that I cooked, and thanks that they liked it. I don't know if they told me the real taste hahahhaha I don't believe them or what they said, that it was delicious.
After a while, my cousin and I decided to play a game, I was having fun while playing with them.
Around 3:00 pm, I decided to make a crochet top and it took me a while to finish this.
