Hey everyone😊 How are you my dear hive friends. I hope you're doing well. It's me again, your college blogger from the Philippines, @itsmejustine, back with another story.
So, time to read another story! I just wanna give a shout-out to my best friend Roxanne, who had her birthday yesterday. We all belong to the group “BRAJAJAJ’s” — that is Benjur, Roxanne, Angela, Justine, Annabelle, Jovelyn, Albert and Jessel. We’re from various cities and provinces, but we are as close as family.
To make a long story short, the day before Roxanne's birthday, my friends and I planned to surprise her. To make the surprise work, we intentionally didn't greet her, as it was part of the plan to make her feel a little neglected. We even told her we were going back to our provinces and wouldn't be able to spend her special day with her. After a few minutes of talking, she said that she wasn't important to us because we wouldn't be with her on her special day. We felt sad for her, but it was all part of the plan.
Then her birthday arrived. We were super excited because we had the food and cake ready. We agreed to meet up near Tisa, where she rents a place.
On the way to her place, we were so excited and nervous that she might see us and ruin the surprise, but luckily her younger sibling helped us and cooperated with our plan. And finally, the moment we'd been waiting for arrived.
She was totally surprised! You could see it in her smile. Her smile was priceless. She was crying because she really thought we didn't care about her anymore.
We surprised her with that. It was straightforward but loving. We then bonded for the remainder of the day. The effort we put didn't waste because it was a blast surprised.
Roxanne’s faced all along;
"At first, Roxanne was, like, totally shook! 😲 She couldn't even process what was going on." She was thinking, "OMG, they really surprised me!" and tears started, like, welling up in her eyes. But then, after the surprise kinda sank in, she was, like, overwhelmed with this warm, fuzzy feeling and just so grateful. Seeing all her friends there to celebrate her birthday—friends she thought had totally forgotten about her—it really got to her. In that moment, she realized, "Wow, they really do care." A huge smile just spread across her face 'cause she felt, like, finally seen and loved for who she really is. 🥰 That simple surprise showed her how tight she was with her besties, her chosen fam, and it meant, like, a million times more than any expensive-ass gift could ever mean
Awww, y'all so sweet ✨🌼💃. Belated Happy Birthday to her. What an awesome day for Roxanne. She enjoyed it for sure. And nakakatuwa friendship nyoooo. 😊
