Hi, my dear Hivers, it’s me again—your cutie college student from the Philippines! What's up, guys?? How are you all? I hope everything is going well for you.

After our Saturday class, I decided to spend some time with God to reflect on my mistakes these past few months. It has been quite a while since I last visited Him, so it felt good to finally return. My friends came with me, and we chose to spend our time with God instead of going out somewhere else. I think it’s been months since I last visited the Sto. Niño Cathedral.

The Sto. Niño Cathedral is one of the well-known churches in Cebu, and many people go there to pray. I thank God for everything He has given me and my family.

Along the way, I also met my friends who were planning to visit Papa God as well. A lot of challenges have come our way, but we were really grateful to the Lord for guiding us and my family back home in the province.

This is a photo of the Sto. Niño Cathedral, where people attend Mass and light candles for their intentions. This is also the area where they offer candles—people come here, take a candle, and pray for whatever they want to lift up to the Lord.

I prayed to God that all the obstacles and challenges that come into our lives may be overcome, because nothing is impossible with Him. As long as we trust in God, everything has a way, everything has a solution, no matter how difficult life becomes. So let’s not lose hope—let’s keep rising and keep moving forward. The Lord is always behind us, supporting and helping us.

When I stepped out of the church, I felt so much peace. Even though life feels messy because of all the responsibilities I’m dealing with, spending time with Him made everything feel lighter.
Bless us all, guys! 🌼✨
Have a wonderful day! Surely you will be blessed because you thought of Him. I've been meaning to visit Sto. Niño church there in Cebu every time we go to my husband's home town in San Carlos City. But always lack the time, hopefully the next time we pass by Cebu we can visit it already. Thanks for sharing this!
You're right ate @itsmejustine, God is always here for us; no matter what we do, He is always there to guide us.
