In one of our spontaneous dates, Ben and I ate at his favorite Mang Inasal restaurant in the mall. This restaurant is quite known for its budget friendly grilled chicken with unlimited rice. I remember back in high school, our basketball varsity player classmates would frequently eat at Mang Inasal and could finish 8-10 cups of rice. I'm glad that this restaurant still offers their unlimited rice.
Anyways, while we were deciding where to eat, Ben mentioned that this is his favorite restaurant so we decided to dine here instead. I also enjoyed their chicken but my mom would often order a take out for us and eat the chicken at home.
Another free appetizer in this restaurant is their free sinigang soup. Although I can tell that this is straight from a powder mix, I appreciate the free soup that really goes well with the grilled chicken. Ben and I had a bet, between us, on who can eat more cups of rice. So I ate with all my might.
In the end, Ben and I finished 3 cups of rice each and we're so full from the meal. "Diet starts tomorrow", we told ourselves.
Despite being so full, we still had room for dessert. So we went to the newly renovated food court.
I love the interior design of the food court as it gives a very fancy vibe. Even the dinner table set up looks elegant.
We were supposed to have some halo halo but the dessert was already sold out. The only dessert left is this frozen yogurt so we ordered it as our dessert.
Each order has 3 toppings of our choice. I ordered mine with chopped mangoes, granola biscuits, and caramel sauce.
While Ben had chopped mangoes, Oreos, and chocolate sauce. Looks like this guy is really into something sinful. Haha.
