After a busy day at work, nothing feels more rewarding than dining at an eat-all-you-can Samgyupsalamat. I've blogged several samgyupsal restaurants, each of them filled with equally great memories and stories. Samgyupsal is definitely my go to meal whenever im with friends and colleagues.

On Wednesdays, all of us in the accounting department is required to report in the office so we could all gather around and catch up. It was just a random Wednesday when my peers, in consensus, decided to treat ourselves with a nice samgyupsal meal.

What i love about this place is the accessibility, as its only within our office area. Although the price per person is quite pricey, it is well compensated by unlimited options of premium meats and side dishes, plus good service. They have 18 variations of pork, chicken, and beef to choose from. Their signature melted cheese and sauces are delicious too.

One of my colleagues really enjoy their enoki mushroom wrapped in meat since only a few samgyupsal restaurants offer this in thier menu. While my favorite is their fermented sweet onions and kimchi.

I enjoy my meat a little burnt and crispy just like bacon. Some people want it slightly undercook.

Compared to other samgyupsal restaurants where butane gas stove is used (see:eating samgyupsal alone), or traditional gas stove (see:Rooftop samgyupsal restaurant), this place use charcoal for grilling. Although, the ideal cooking materials, in my opinion, is still electric.

Overall, i enjoyed the food and great conversation with friends. For people who want to have solo meals, this restaurant also caters ala cart options like ramen, kimbap, and rice bowls. However, i think samgyupsal is best to be shared with friends and family. Dining in this place alone makes me sad huhu.

That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!

Sending some love and light
