Basic Muscle Development and how to take care of your Muscle

REST PAUSE is lifting the barbell from both sides of your arm, to enlarge your muscles on your shoulders. The lifting rate is only fifteen seconds and the rest is only 10 seconds. After that, repeat once more. In this workout, you will develop more muscle fiber in the arm and shoulder.

DUMBELL SHOULDER PRESS, the first three-set are six to eight reps. The last set is going to be a drop set to failure. If you can't get your full reps in for the last sets, go ahead and do half reps. This will allow you to stimulate new growth and breakthrough those plateaus.

SIDE LATERAL RAISE is superset with front raises of both arm, alternate, do three set six to eight reps. But for beginners, use only 3 to 5 kilos. Then do not forget to straighten the arms and relax. Also, do not soak in cold water, just a little heat of the water for the flow of the veins of the body and the relaxation of the muscles.
