Keep safe and well rested. Yun lang ang pwede magawa. No other way through it but to be aware of the feelings; these things are natural to us human beings. Thinking about others may help keep the mind from thinking about your self and your situation too much though. In my case, prayers and meditation do help.

I couldn't agree more. I'm getting back in my yoga practice to give some time for myself. I do wanted to extend help to others but I have limitations because I need to be mindful about my actions. Thank you so much for the kind words @juanvegetarian
Maybe some strong asana poses to bring up the energy and release some of the tension. It might also help if you eat lots of fruits as the fresh and vibrant energy really helps keeps our system balanced. You're welcome. :)
