Hello, Hivers! Welcome to my blog once again! For today’s blog, I won’t be sharing just one place but two! Yes, two amazing places in Baguio that you should definitely visit.
Valley of Colors
Bell Church
The first place I want to talk about is the Bell Church! It is a Chinese temple. The moment you step in the place, you’ll instantly feel the strong Chinese vibe in its architecture. From the intricate details of the structures to the presence of dragons everywhere, the place gives off a kinda cultural vibe.
As we arrived, we were welcomed by a long entrance pathway which def makes the experience even more exciting. And as far as I can remember, I think the entrance fee was 20 pesos, it is super affordable for such a beautiful place! Once we were inside, we couldn’t help but take pictures of literally everything. The whole area was filled with stunning sights like colorful flowers, ponds filled with cute fish, and lush greenery everywhere. The air there is so refreshing and it feels nice to stay because everywhere you look, it's so green and the plants are so alive.
It was truly worth the visit, not just for the aesthetics but also for the serene and calming experience it offers.
The second place I want to share is the Valley of Colors. Wah! Just looking at the pictures, you can already tell how vibrant and colorful the houses are! The houses are so cool in how they are built. It was really my first time seeing a bunch of successive colorful houses. But you know seeing it in person is even more beautiful!
The houses are painted in bright and different hues and it creates a beautiful rainbow-like effect across the hillside. It was my first time seeing so many colorful houses stacked together like this and I was honestly amazed. And even from a distance, the colors stood out beautifully! Moreover, we also saw a bridge that connects the area and below it there’s a sapa (stream) flowing through. The Valley of Colors is just beside the road so if you're riding a car or any vehicle and pass by, you’ll really get to see a super nice view!
Visiting the Valley of Colors was such a fun experience. The atmosphere was lively and every corner was picture perfect. If you love taking aesthetic shots or just want to see something truly unique, this is a must-visit spot in Baguio!
Baguio is such a beautiful place, I swear. I am so lucky to experience its beauty. There's actually a lot to go and do there. Plus, the weather is so nice, it is not as hot as other places in the Philippines!
