Hi everyone! I am back again with another blog! Today I will be sharing with you a day in my life with my friends. Lately, We have been busy attending many events in our school and I was thinking of sharing with you guys what we did during these days of a bustling life of mine.
Well, not very busy but more of a fun and exciting weekday of mine that I will be showing with you. To this day we have a recollection in our school as well. I was thinking of creating a blog about this to give you some snippets of what we always do in the day like this.
Since the recollection happened on Saturday might as well consider it a weekend as we also did many fun things after the recollection happened.
This is also the first time that we had a bonding together during Saturdays because usually weren't able to have a time like this during weekends, so that day is a good opportunity to bond with them at the same time.
Ever since elementary days, the three of us have already best friends and until now when I am a grade 10 student they are still my friends. After these stressful school days, I think that the three of us deserve a trait. So after the recollection, I and my friends hung out together.
But before that, I am also going to share with you what we did during the event was happening. It was a fun experience as well. Not only that we get to bond with our best friends but also those classmates that I'm not close with.
That was a memorable day that I could not forget! Having friends indeed makes school life more enjoyable and amazing!
The recollection that we also did was truly impactful and I was thinking of sharing the happiness during the event that happened as well in the recollection, we did many things like sharing our thoughts and opinions about my other classmates which made us closer to each other.
Getting Closer Together Through Recollection
This happened on Saturday. We didn't have any school projects to do there since it was the weekends but since we have an event to attend which is the Recollection, we must go there. We did many interactive things with our classmates like playing fun games and group sharing as well.
The event helped us get closer together and to know more about them too. When the morning recollection was done, we headed outside the school and took many pictures of the place. You will also see here that I am wearing our jubilee t-shirt along with jogging pants.
This photo was taken at the college department campus. I was fascinated by the elevated areas of the building so I captured many photos as many as I like.
Since it was already afternoon when we finished the morning recollection event we were already hungry as it was already lunchtime. We decided to go to a popular restaurant spot here in Bogo that we had heard from our other friends.
But before that, we did go to the famous plaza here to stroll around for a bit since it was near the campus as well. This is what you see in the entrance to the pasta. It is surrounded by trees and bushes and the air there was also very refreshing.

We were heading to the carinderia (Filipino eatery, serving traditional dishes) where we would be eating.
While going there I was taking a look at the scenery of the plaza, I felt very relaxed here.The tranquility of nature is incomparable!

One of the reasons why we go there is to also try their famous pastil which is rice wrapped in banana leaves with stuffed porks.
The price here is also very affordable, one pastil only costs 20 pesos which is best for a budget-friendly place if you want to save money.
Also, if you want to try something else they sell lomi soup, ngiong, and pork barbecue. Their food is delicious as well! A must-try dish for sure.
I and my friends did have a fun time here. We ate delicious food that we ordered from the SWA DE PASTIL carinderia. Their spot is easy to find, it is near the plaza and just behind a private school here.
As we were eating, we also enjoyed talking about fun stuff and just chilling for a few moments thereafter we were full because we know that it's not good to immediately walk just after a few minutes of eating right? It can get you stomach pain hahaha.
We also did choose to sit in the upper part of the carinderia since there are not many customers there and we can also see the view when we are in the upper part of the area.
Sometimes it's nice when you eat with your friends together.
Some might think it's uncomfortable because it can be sometimes awkward but for us, it's also our bonding time when we eat together because we can also get to talk with each other.
Additionally, if you want to go here, just to remind you to bring your own utensils since they only serve gloves here, just in case you're not that comfortable of using plastic gloves.
Overall, this was a very nice place. We will surely go back here when we have some free time.
After that, we head back to the plaza to relax and to chill for a moment.
We also get to see those decorations from the Christmas lights last 2023, they still didn't get rid of them even though Christmas is already done. You can see the parol decorations and the Christmas tree that are still at the plaza.
We also had a stopover at the playground and as you can see they are still the same as nothing had changed actually.
Here we did buy something from the store and it was actually near the plaza as well.
There are many places and areas especially stores here. It is easy and not difficult to find a spot to buy some food and snacks that are near the plaza.
Then we headed back to the campus since our recollection is a full-day event. For the continuation of this, we had a group sharing about the things in life and besides that, the recollection also allows us to say sorry and to thank those special persons within the group whether it is your friends or someone you adore.
The very important thing is that we did enjoy our time at the event. It was worth the day off, attending even on the weekends.
When the recollection was done we did go to the nearest grocery to buy some snacks then we took a time in the amphitheater near the school before heading back home. We sat down at the nearest area there and ate some chips, and usually had a little bonding with them. After all, they are my best friends and I'm thankful that I have them in my life. Absolutely! A friendship goal!
