10,000 Steps Challenge • June 10, 2022

So I started to free myself from the sedentary lifestyle that I've been used to in the past 5 years. I used to weigh 43kg, now I'm at 53kg, and counting. LOL.

I get easily tired with just a little movement, and I can't even move few steps without getting breathless. I'm always in bed, browsing the internet, playing games or watching videos. I love to sleep, I don't have a social life because going out seemed like a chore to me.

But just this month, I decided to get moving because I don't wanna buy Large T-shirts anymore. Haha. For this week, I was able to hit 3 10,000 steps goal, and thats a good improvement already. My average steps before was 2,000 to 3,000 steps everyday. I hope I'll be able to sustain this and somehow lose weight somehow. Haha

My target for this month is 52kg. I want to set an easy goal, so I won't be frustrated if I set it too high yet I won't achieve it, which only results to me getting more demotivated.

This time it'll be slow but steady. I will conquer laziness, that's the ultimate goal. Haha.
