As first time to bake ( student series )

Taking a step into the world of baking for the first time as a student can be thrilling yet challenging too. It's a journey filled with excitement and exploration, All of us can experience a few mistakes along the way As a first timer i can really relate to that.

as a student and to my fellow students too, it's an opportunity to explore creativity in the kitchen, to learn new skills, and to savor the delicious rewards of their efforts. Whether it's the aroma freshly baked pans or any kinds of baked dough passing through the corridor or to the rooms. The first steps into baking as a student are often unforgetable and mark the beginning of an amazing culinary adventures.

In the second week of our baking laboratory was to make a pizza and cheese pimiento loaf.

This laboratory is where i appreciate the cheese Pimiento loaf than the pizza dough , i guess it's because of the cream cheese and it's delicious.

The korean Cream cheese Bun - it's kind of a mistake that we bake for the first time because our dough did not rise enough. I'm not a fan of this bun because it has garlic on it as the Dip of what can you see from the picture.

Our cinnamon roll was kind of over sweet because of the filling that we put all in the dough but it turned out yummy yet so sweet . You can see in the picture of how we do the cinnamon roll.

Donut: the second easiest dough that we make, this laboratory we do not need to bake it .

Next, is my favorite SIOPAO that has kind of failed too due of the yeast but it's okay because the filling was delicious.

In our First laboratory of Baking, we are making the easiest was the ube and cheese pandesal but i don't have a picture of it guys because we are not allowed by our instructor to use cellphones for that moment of time and to focus only on how to make a dough , knead the dough and to know when the dough is ready because it's our first time.

I bet you are all Wondering Guys , Why I don't have pictures of the dough of each baked goods we are making because ij the kitchen, cellphones were not allowed cause it can contaminate your dough as we are making a dough , i can't take a picture of it because it can be contaminated.

I have some pictures of mise en place because our instructor we're not in that time and we need to picture it for documentation.

Kinda Challenging and challenging to my mom's pocket because I'm going to ask again for money to our next bake .
