The truth is, if you do genuinely love doing what you do, the salary, rewards, commission or in Hive's case, the upvotes, it won't matter because what gives you joy is doing something you are passionate about and truly enjoy. It sucks to get less upvotes but then again, it's not for the rest of your journey here on Hive.
