Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a fantastic day. I'm just bursting with excitement to share something that might seem small to some of you, but for me, it's a huge thing. You see, I'm the kind of person who gets all mushy over the little things, the cute gestures, the tiny acts of kindness. My best friend even teased me once, saying I get giddy over cute messages from my brothers, asking for advice or help. I guess being the eldest, I just love that "big sister" feeling of guiding them.
So, what's got me so excited? It's a flower. Not just any flower, but a flower made with love, a flower that melted my heart like a wax figure under the summer sun. It wasn't a fancy bouquet, the kind you see celebrities holding in pictures. This one was simple, crafted with care and a touch of magic. My boyfriend, bless his heart, made it from scratch, using glue sticks, recycled bottles, and some nail polish. He's not exactly known for his crafty skills, so seeing him struggle through a YouTube tutorial, trying to make this flower for me, was the cutest thing ever. It was like watching a clumsy puppy trying to learn a new trick, and I just melted.

especially since blue is my favorite color.
The effort, the thoughtfulness, the sheer love poured into that simple flower made it the most precious gift I've ever received. It wasn't the flower itself that mattered, but the heart behind it. And to think, he's the first guy to ever give me a flower. Growing up, I never saw my dad give my mom a single flower, so the idea of receiving one myself seemed like a far-off dream. But there it was, a tiny, handmade flower, a symbol of love and affection, a testament to the power of simple gestures. It made me feel so special, so cherished, so loved.

It's the little things, you know? The small acts of kindness, the unexpected gestures, the moments that make us feel seen and appreciated. They're the things that make life worth living, the things that remind us that even in this crazy world, there's still beauty and love to be found. And sometimes, all it takes is a simple, handmade flower to remind us of that.
