After that, we decided to take a short trip to the plaza nearby. The Christmas lights were already up, and the festive glow instantly lifted our spirits. The plaza was lively but cozy, making it a perfect spot to stroll and soak in the holiday atmosphere.
We couldn’t resist the night market while we were there. We tried a little bit of everything—crispy fries, refreshing milk tea, and even some sushi. It was fun exploring the food stalls, tasting new flavors, and just enjoying the hustle and bustle of the market.
The night didn’t end there. When we got home, the rest of the family was already in full karaoke mode. We joined them, singing our hearts out, laughing at off-key notes, and making memories that are so simple yet unforgettable.
Yesterday reminded me that happiness doesn’t always come from big events. Sometimes, it’s in the small things—supporting a loved one, walking around the plaza, trying street food, and sharing laughter with family. Simple moments, big joy.
