I have never been to Greece despite hearing so many stories from my friends and family who are regularly going almost every summer! I do live by the Mediterranean Sea, and it resembles a lot to the Greek coast, but there are also a lot of differences...

For example, I didn't know that Ataturk was born in Thessaloniki and that it had a big influence on that part of Greece! Thanks for sharing your photos and a story around it!

You are welcome mate. Greece was ruled by Ottoman Empires for about 500 years, and the born of Atatürk comes across the last years of the reign.
