While curation revenues are insignificant for accounts with low HP in Hive, curation revenues are very important for whales. Since whales mostly do not post, their only source of income is curation revenue. There is also Hive Power interest, but you don't have to do anything to get it. It is enough to have HP in your account.

In Hive, as the amount of HP in your account increases, your curation income begins to increase. Naturally, curation revenues have become an important issue. I made my reviews on my backup account @tht1. tht1 account has a curation APR of 9.89%. This rate is truly extraordinary. It is difficult to achieve this rate even for accounts with professional curation income on Hive.

Now, I would like to share with you the points I paid attention to in order to achieve this ratio.
Early voting and voting for younger posts: The age of the post matters when it comes to generating curation revenues on Hive. Previously, when you upvoted posts for 6 days and 12 hours, there was no deduction in your curation income. This was put to an end with the hardfork made 2-3 years ago. In order to avoid any interruption in curation revenues, the post age must be less than 24 hours. This means that when you vote for posts larger than one day, your curation income will be cut. When you vote for posts older than 7 days, you cannot earn curation income anyway. Again, in previous years, there would be a cut in curation revenues if you voted for posts younger than 5 minutes. This was put to an end with hardfork. The Hive algorithm rewards you when you rate a post before the whales discover it. If you are one of the first to vote on the post and whales vote on the post after you, you will earn more curation revenue.

Vote power value should be between 95 -99.9%: The closer the vote power value is to 100%, the greater the increase in your curation revenues. It is actually difficult to keep the VP ratio at this value. While you want to keep it at this rate, if the VP rate reaches 100 and you miss the voting, you will lose the curation income for that voting period. Blocktrades VP rate, one of the hiven whales, is 45.30%. That's why the curation APR rate is low, 7.81%. Alpha, one of the accounts of the same team, has a VP rate of 80.73. The VP rate is higher than blocktrades, so the curation APR rate is also higher than blocktrades, 8.41%. The VP rate of my account is 88.51%. Curation APR rate is lower than tht1, 8.92. However, the upvoted posts are almost the same. Based on these examples, we can say that keeping the VP rate as high as possible leads to an increase in curation revenues.

7 gün kuralı biraz değişik geliyor gerçekten. Ömür boyu aslında olması gereken. Çünkü içerikten insanlar bir ömür boyu faydalanabiliyor, okuyabiliyor.
