As a USPS employee, I can confirm that we are struggling to keep up with the volume. So many people are coming in looking for their mail. Way more than usual. The sad truth is that it’s just sitting in some crowded processing center that still hasn’t caught up from the Christmas rush. Places like Philadelphia are so overwhelmed and there is no denying it.
