Lo importante en todas estas posturas es tratar de hacerlos con pesos controlados, como estoy en un ciclo en donde tengo que buscar hacerlo con un peso que ya a la octava repetición sienta que estoy a punto del fallo es importante tener un espejo para corregir la postura o a un amigo que sepa que es lo que se tiene que hacer y sepa corregir o guiar en el viaje de la pesa, en el vídeo aparecen algunos momentos en donde se va a lugares desconocidos el peso, y otros en donde se ve que corrijo la postura, no tengo un espejo que me cubra bien por eso en ciertas posiciones si logro verme y otras no.
Mi peso actual de trabajo para los hombros es de 5 kilos, eso lo se porque ya e iniciado con mi control y busco ir proyectándolo por individual, les recomiendo que ya tengan esa información y lo contrasten con el periodo del ciclo en donde están actualmente, así les sera muy fácil ver el avance o lo que pueda estar ocurriendo y es mas fácil discernir alguna falla, sin mas que agregar les deseo mucha vida y salud a todos ustedes.

Te recomiendo que en el press militar si lo que quieres es dar énfasis al deltoides trates de bajar mas, hay que bajar del todo ya que la contracción del deltoides es hasta un máximo de 90° que son protagonistas, de allí en adelante su contracción es en isometría y el papel principal lo toman el trapecio medio y los serratos que tiene que rotar la escapula para terminar de subir el brazo.
