Muchas personas me han contactado a traves de mis redes sociales preguntandome si hay posibilidad de entrenar de una forma más suave y la verdad es que les pude grabar una rutina super simple, para cualquier persona que quiera iniciar a entrenar en su casa, que esté retomando el ejercicio luego de mucho tiempo en pausa o que tenga mucho sobrepeso y no puede hacer ejercicios de alto impácto, pues acá les dejo una rutina super básica, donde solo necesitaremos un banco o una silla y les dejo algunas recomendaciones importantes a tomar en cuenta 😏

Many people have contacted me through my social networks asking me if there is a possibility to train in a more gentle way and the truth is that I could record a super simple routine, for anyone who wants to start training at home, who is returning to exercise after a long time in pause or who is very overweight and can not do high impact exercises, well here is a super basic routine, where only need a bench or a chair and I leave some important recommendations to take into account 😏



La clave al empezar cualquier tipo de entrenamiento, en este caso ejercicios funcionales, es que puedas conocer y aplicar la técnica de forma correcta, porque así evitas lesiones y trabajas el musculo de una forma adecuada, esto va desde como te paras previo al movimiento, como respiras durante el ejercio y como lo culminas, son cosas que antes de entrenar seriamente jamás le presté atención hasta que aprendí y es super importante para principiantes conocer esto ya que jamás podrás aprender a correr si nunca gateas y caminas antes

The key to start any type of training, in this case functional exercises, is that you can know and apply the technique correctly, because this way you avoid injuries and work the muscle in a proper way, this goes from how you stand before the movement, how you breathe during the exercise and how you finish it, these are things that before training seriously I never paid attention until I learned and it is super important for beginners to know this because you can never learn to run if you never crawl and walk before.



Hay un común denominador por ejemplo de personas con las que he trabajado que tienen un sobrepeso considerable, más de 10 kilos sobre su peso y creen que hay movimientos que no pueden hacer porque "supuestamente" se harán daño, como por ejemplo las sentadillas, flexiones, abdominales, el tema acá es entender que estás con sobrepeso, no discapacitado, si aprendes a hacer las cosas bien desde el inicio, no te harás daño, podrás perder peso y lo más importante dominar la técnica y ganar terrenos en el estado de salud y bienestar, todo se trata de saber como hacer las cosas de forma correcta😃

There is a common denominator for example of people I have worked with who are considerably overweight, more than 10 kilos over their weight and believe that there are movements that they can not do because "supposedly" they will get hurt, such as squats, push-ups, sit-ups, the point here is to understand that you are overweight, not disabled, if you learn to do things right from the beginning, you will not get hurt, you can lose weight and most importantly master the technique and gain ground in the state of health and well-being, it's all about knowing how to do things correctly😃.



Y generalmente cuando son principiantes y algun movimiento se les complica, están convencidos que nunca les saldrá y que tardarán mucho, lo cual es falso ya que tardarán mucho comparado con que? O con quién? Cada persona debe ver su proceso de forma personal, no compararse, eso es un error ya que siempre habrá alguien mas fuerte, mas rapido y más hágil que tu, asi que no pierdas el tiempo, esto es un tema de consistencia, no de rapidez😁

And usually when they are beginners and some movement gets complicated, they are convinced that they will never get it right and that it will take them a long time, which is false because it will take them a long time compared to what? Or with whom? Each person must see their process in a personal way, do not compare yourself, that is a mistake because there will always be someone stronger, faster and more agile than you, so do not waste your time, this is a matter of consistency, not speed😁.
