In different sources as a YouTube channels or books, I’ve read Lain Garcia Calvo books and he talks about it, and also in Yoga I’ve studied this (not in this exact way, but how we can change the energy in objects or even in the environment around.
I'm getting more interested as I become more mature somehow. Most of my friends don't go that deep in conversations unfortunately. Another topic that really intrigues me is the energy transfer in the form of spirits (I don't know how to explain) -- I do have so crazy stories that made me like wow. Do you have that kind of experience?
Yes, I’m not sure if it’s about maturity, I believe is a sense that we all have, but only a few group of people dare to feel and believe in.
I’ve had some of those experiences, all of them very peaceful :D (anyway maybe 2 or 3 experiences).

I had one experience when I felt some symptoms while sleeping that woke me up violently. Later talking to a friend she told me those symptoms happened to her in real life the same night (paralysis). That when I first got interested in this whole energy topic.
Oh yes, I’ve had that paralysis a couple of times, but I have also dreamt with dead and love people, that tell me something very particular; I saw an angel once next to me; messages before people passed away; and some feelings with energy (like heavy or light energy in different places).
Is a very interesting topic and I don’t use to talk about it because people don’t believe in these kind of things, and I don’t care that, I mean, I’m not trying to convince people about it. But having in mind that you asked… hehe
Ohhh I have a story with light as well that didn't happen with me, but with a couple,friends of mine, that are suuuuper energy sensitive. His girlfriend was in the bedroom and my friend and I at the living room; he asked me if I noticed the lights blinking (I said no, I didn't notice). He told me the lights had just blinked... then his girlfriend comes to us and asks if we noticed the lights blinking... apparently it happens to them often, but not with other people.
