Entre sus logros con el club se destaca que esta temporada hayan regresado a Champions y busquen la clasificación a octavos en la ultima jornada, ademas es el segundo entrenador con mayor porcentaje de victoria (61%) en toda la historia del club. Si su buena gestión continua, el Milan podría terminar con excelentes números esta temporada.

Muchos clubes cuando entran en proceso de renovación pierden su estilo de juego, esto le paso al Milan tambien, pero una vez encontraron su juego a manos de su cuerpo técnico vinieron las mejoras, y cada jugador que forma parte del club, sea joven, veterano, tenga pocos años o haya entrado esta temporada sabe lo que tiene que hacer. Durante esta campaña, la formación ha sido 4-2-3-1, donde se han visto rotaciones incontables, desde el arquero hasta el único delantero. Analizando esta formación encontramos un punto fuerte en la media cancha con dos recuperadores cercanos a los 4 defensores, esquema que le ha dado muy buenos resultados al equipo, ademas de eso tres mediocampistas ofensivos que ayudan mucho al delantero de punta, que en ocasiones es Zlatan, en otras Giroud y tambien el jovencito Pellegri. Este planteamiento es ideal para jugadores como Leao y Rebbic que son especialistas para desbordar por las bandas y acercarse al área, asi como tambien Brahim Diaz en todo el centro de la ofensiva. Pero lo mas destacable es el juego en equipo que han realizado, la entrega en cada uno de los partidos es el factor esencial para que dicho estilo sea eficaz.

La experiencia de Ibra es muy importante para este joven club, ya que aporta ademas de calidad, confianza y veteranía a sus compañeros, eso es algo muy fundamental. Particularmente estoy maravillado con su buen desempeño, y aunque no rinde como antes obviamente, es el referente cada vez que juega, no es lo mismo tener a un delantero como Giroud que tambien es bueno que tener a Ibrahimovic, la diferencia entre ambos es abismal desde mi punto de vista. Esta temporada ha marcado goles importantes, como el que le marco a la Roma de tiro libre en la jornada 11 para dar un ejemplo, ese fue un gol de tres puntos, eso habla de la valia de un delantero con su experiencia, por eso es que se mantiene jugando, y aunque esta cerca su retirada, el sueco quiere seguir en el club, veamos que pasa el año entrante.

Este punto podría ser muy parecido al segundo donde resalto su juego definido, pero en esta ocasión he de hablar acerca de la capacidad técnica que han mostrado estos chicos, Brahim Diaz es uno de ellos, un jugador desequilibrante que aporta gol, entrega y creación de juego ofensivo, el otro de ellos en Ante Rebic, quien junto con Leao tienen muy buen nivel y determinación para desbordar, cuando están juntos en la cancha presentan muchos problemas para los defensores rivales. El otro jugador importante y desde mi punto de vista el mas importante y destacado de entre los jóvenes es Theo Hernandez, el francés de 24 años tiene un nivel impresionante, es un lateral con mucha subida, como nunca se han visto en Francia, y ha demostrado saber atacar como defender, me atrevo a decir que es uno de los mejores laterales que se han visto esta temporada en el futbol italiano, su capacidad para resolver, su entrega, su visión de juego lo ponen un escalon por encima de los demás. Su contribución al Milan esta temporada ha sido mas cualitativa que cuantitativa, ya que no marca muchos goles pero si interviene en muchas jugadas que terminan en gol. Es un pilar en este proyecto milanista, por lo que quieren retenerlo unos cuantos años mas.
