Una jornada que se destacó por la barrida de dos encuentros, los equipos Tabacaleros y Portuarios les tocaron las sonrisas en la subseries #17 que finaliza.

El conjunto de Tabacaleros logró completar en la tarde del domingo la barrida ante Ganaderos, el juego con sede en el estadio José Ramón Cepero, por los perdedores que cada vez se alejan más de la zona de play-off. Luego de 10 entradas completas, los pati verdes pudieron más que los dirigidos por Héctor Huelga, venciendo con marcador final de 7 carreras por 6.

Con José Ángel en el montículo, el rival se quedó con las ganas al lograr hacer solamente una, obteniendo simultáneamente la victoria Tabacaleros, su 24ta en el campeonato.
