Villa de Cura es una ciudad del Estado Aragua que está enclavada en un valle rodeada completamente de cerros, condición geográfica que le ofrece al habitante local y al turista foráneo la posibilidad de practicar el hicking o senderismo, camitas y demás por la mayoría de ellos. El profesor Carlos Toro @cetb2008 en #hive y en la comunidad #fulldeportes nos ha mostrado en muchas de sus publicaciones la mayoría de ellos, además de darnos siempre tips y recomendaciones a la hora de practicar actividades deportivas sobre los mismos y a quien también aprovechamos la oportunidad para agradecer la promoción y difusión del senderismo como actividad deportiva en nuestra ciudad.
En esta oportunidad quiero mostrarles a través de imágenes y un relato la actividad de caminata y senderismo que la escuela de Futbol Deportivo los Colorados tuvo recientemente este pasado jueves 03 de agosto en las lomas de el cerro ´´el Chivo´´
Villa de Cura is a city in Aragua State that is nestled in a valley completely surrounded by hills, geographical condition that offers the local inhabitant and the foreign tourist the possibility of practicing hicking or hiking, camitas and others for most of them. Professor Carlos Toro @cetb2008 in #hive and in the #fulldeportes community has shown us in many of his publications most of them, in addition to always giving us tips and recommendations when practicing sports activities on them and to whom we also take the opportunity to thank the promotion and dissemination of hiking as a sporting activity in our city.
In this opportunity I want to show you through images and a story the activity of walking and hiking that the school of Futbol Deportivo Los Colorados had recently this past Thursday, August 3rd in the hills of the hill ''El Chivo''.

El punto de encuentro fue la cancha techada del sector La Coromoto, espacio deportivo que la escuela utiliza para realizar sus prácticas y entrenamientos. la actividad estuvo dirigida principalmente por el profesor y preparador físico Armando Herrera y la popular ´´China´´ dirigente también de la organización del Deportivo los Colorados. Ellos junto a un nutrido grupo de jóvenes de las categorías inferiores de la escuela en compañía de un grupo de madres representantes se aventuraron a subir el cerro como parte de las actividades de entrenamiento y a la vez recreación que organiza dicha institución para sus jóvenes atletas.
Partieron a las 8 am. aproximadamente por un sendero aledaño al sector que permite la escalada al cerro con todos los implementos necesarios para tal fin, ropa deportiva, gorras para el sol y mucha agua para la hidratación.

The meeting point was the roofed court of the La Coromoto sector, a sports space that the school uses for its practices and trainings. The activity was directed mainly by the teacher and physical trainer Armando Herrera and the popular ''China'' also leader of the Deportivo los Colorados organization. They along with a large group of young people from the lower categories of the school in the company of a group of mothers representatives ventured to climb the hill as part of the training activities and at the same time recreation that organizes this institution for its young athletes.
They left at approximately 8 am. on a path adjacent to the sector that allows climbing the hill with all the necessary equipment for this purpose, sportswear, sun hats and plenty of water for hydration.
Actividades Recreativas
Como si ya no fuera suficiente ejercicio subir el cerro bajo el sol mañanero tal y como puede apreciarse en las imágenes mostradas los organizadores de esta jornada, los jóvenes tenían la energía suficiente como para subirse y seguir ejercitándose en las diferentes máquinas y aparatos para ejercicios que está instalados en la cima del cerro, cosa que a mi en lo particular me llamó verdaderamente la atención puesto que nunca he subido a este cerro no sabía sino hasta ahora que existían estas máquinas allí arriba lo que me parece excelente.
Recreational Activities
As if it was not enough exercise to climb the hill under the morning sun as can be seen in the images shown, the organizers of this day, the young people had enough energy to climb and continue exercising on the various machines and exercise equipment that is installed at the top of the hill, which to me in particular really caught my attention since I have never climbed this hill I did not know until now that there were these machines up there which I think is excellent.
Opinión final:
Quiero agradecer a la vez de felicitar públicamente a todos los involucrados en la organización de esta actividad deportiva que educa a los jóvenes en el arte del deporte y también e la ecología al valorar los espacios naturales que tenemos para la practica del senderismo local. Fue sin lugar a dudas una verdadera experiencia para todos docentes, estudiantes y representantes quienes tuvieron la oportunidad de estrechar vínculos afectivos entre atletas del mismo grupo y conocer un poco más las actividades que desarrolla esta importante escuela de futbol del Municipio Zamora.

Final opinion:
I want to thank and publicly congratulate all those involved in the organization of this sporting activity that educates young people in the art of sport and also in ecology by valuing the natural areas that we have for the practice of local hiking. It was undoubtedly a real experience for all teachers, students and representatives who had the opportunity to strengthen emotional ties between athletes of the same group and learn a little more about the activities developed by this important soccer school of the Municipality of Zamora.

Este un ejercicios que sirve como parte de los entrenamientos para que los niños adquieran fuerza y resistencia en las piernas, para un mejor desempeño dentro de la cancha en los juegos de Futsal o Fútbol campo, los niños son incansable, que bellos se ven en la montaña, muchas gracias por mencio amigo, saludos.
Sin lugar a dudas, el club Deportivo Los colorados está dando siempre la hora en cuanto a actividades para su escuela se refiere y esta no podía ser la excepción. Gracias por la visita y comentario profe.
Que bonitas estás actividades con los niños, les ayuda a agarrar fuerza en las piernas no solo para jugar fútbol, si o también béisbol porque mi hijo lo práctica y dónde practican también hacen caminatas por un cerro que está en Santa Cruz.
