  1. The photographs are not the main highlight of the post. The writing is.
  2. The post did not include curated photography or art tags.
  3. It is now suspected that this account was created by you.
  4. If you think that some images (that are not the main highlight of the post and which are not published in curated image tags) included in some post need to be sourced, please just ask politely the user to add the sources.
Sort:

Unnecessary fluff.

All you had to say was use of copyrighted images is not within the scope of HW.

Use that "logic" of yours for once.

Exactly.

Copyright laws differ in different countries. HW scope is "using someone's content to monetize" not copyright laws.
HW still follow the principle of Proof of Brain.

That's just what's happening. Using someone else's material to monetize my content. And HW does nothing, simply because he doesn't want to do anything.

I'm really impressed with the fact that you're telling something in this comment that you actually don't do when you're making your work.

The point number 1 has been a fact in so many posts of people that has been blacklisted for you without a first warning, so, basically if you're not famous you don't deserve justice? Please explain this, because with newbies I don't read you saying the same thing if a person by mistake or ignorance doesn't put the source of an image, I think that justice has to be the same for everyone on Hive, not with privileges for known authors.

The point number 3 is really weird coming from a "regulator" of the good behavior on Hive, because it has some kind of a personal tone on it, don't you think? You can't say that kind of things if you don't have proof of it, that's a mere personal speculation.

The point number 4 is just absurd coming from you, you never tell in a good way to people to fix issues with their posts, you'd even almost start a xenofobic attack against venezuelan authors by mixing a lot of thing without sense when this is a fight without flags, race or genre, this is a fight of good people against bad people.

I love the work that you do to erradicate bad people, but I can't tolerate the lack of justice in your contradictions right now.

I respond to each of your points:

  1. I have seen publications condemned by this author, and by yourselves, for less than what is going on here.
  2. With this you remind me of the cheap justice in some countries. They invent ways for their friends to benefit. They create rules or exceptions to the rule in order not to condemn those who they DO NOT WANT to condemn.
  3. This made my day! Hahaha Do you think I have time to go around creating fake accounts to fuck around? No, friends, I have too many important things to do to go around trolling at this level. Besides, if it were me why would I correct the link to MLB policies that the fake account posted and do it with my real account while I was at it? Only an idiot would do that! With editing the comment of my supposed fake account, I had. If it were me, I wouldn't even show up here. Or I'd simply create another fake account and that's it, I'd keep feeding the discord, don't you think?
To assume they are as helpful as they are deficient. I check the bad reputation they have.
  4. Yes, you are right, I will ask the author to add the sources, but I will not be polite or respectful with a user who is not respectful with those who make much smaller mistakes than this one.

MLB rules are very clear, have you already contacted them to corroborate about the false identity and about the conditions of use of their images?

Respondo a cada uno de sus puntos:
