Los preparativos de Carabobo FC para afrontar la temporada 2023 comenzaron poco tiempo después de haber disputado ese último partido del G4 ante Zamora FC, en menos de un mes de aquella noche en Barinas, los industriales ya han anunciado a su nuevo DT, Juan Domingo Tolisano. Además, han renovado el contrato del mediocampista Gustavo González y manejan una lista no tan nutrida de posibles altas, pero sí de mucha calidad.

El fútbol le debía a Juan Domingo Tolisano poder disputar una Copa Libertadores con el equipo al cual clasificó por primera vez a dicho torneo y hoy el destino lo vuelve a enlazar con la Vinotinto Regional, para que cumpla esa etapa que por diferencias con el anterior presidente de la institución no pudo.

Ya que la Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol exige que los entrenadores extranjeros tengan al menos cinco años de experiencia trabajados en cualquier Primera División del mundo.
Ante este inconveniente, el club no dudó en traer al mejor entrenador venezolano que estuviera en libertad y tras presentarle el proyecto a Tolisano este terminó aceptando.
Esta sería la segunda etapa de Juan Domingo en el conjunto del Cabriales, tras la primera experiencia donde logró cosechar una racha de hasta 13 partidos seguidos sin perder (11 victorias y 2 empates) para clasificar como primeros a la fase final y asegurar por tabla acumulada el boleto a la primera CONMEBOL Libertadores de la institución, llega con mayor jerarquía al ser campeón en 2021 con Deportivo Táchira y haber podido dirigir en el extranjero.
Para muchos (incluyendome) este es un acierto, por el hecho de que llega con mayor cartel que los tres entrenadores que dirigieron al club en 2022, pero para algunos la noticia no es del todo buena por el hecho de haber realizado unos gestos a la tribuna cuando era el director técnico del aurinegro, sin embargo, puedo asegurar que más del 80% de los seguidores aprueban este fichaje.

Uno de los grandes aciertos de esta nueva directiva ha sido traer a los jugadores y firmarlos por al menos dos años, ya que permite tener mayor margen de maniobrabilidad para la renovación o venta, son pocos lo jugadores a los cuales le finalizará el contrato en este 2022, sin embargo, ya se encuentran en conversaciones para renovarlo.
Aunque a Gustavo Gonzalez le quedaba un años más de contrato no dudaron en extenderlo hasta 2024, tras su gran desempeño en el mediocampo. Se espera que haya mayor cantidad de renovaciones que de altas o bajas.
Lo realmente importante es mantener la columna vertebral lo más intacta posible, con esto me estoy refiriendo a Orlando Mosquera, Juan David Cuesta, Carlos Lujano y Kevin Viveros, jugadores que tuvieron un temporadón y que seguramente tendrán alguna que otra oferta en el exterior.
Por ahora desconozco la situación del guardameta panameño, pero si se que por los colombianos ya han preguntado, al menos de forma informal, equipos como Cruzeiro y Deportivo Cali, este último está muy interesado en hacerse con los servicios del goleador de la temporada 2022 de la Liga Futve. Pero hasta que no estampen su firma no podemos confirmar nada y ambos son fichas del Carabobo FC, al menos hasta diciembre de 2023.

Gran fichaje el de Tolisano, hizo un gran trabajo y metió a Puerto Cabello en sudamericana con poco tiempo. Viendo como terminó Carabobo, luciendo bien con buen plantel, con Tolisano se ven más fuertes.
La renovación de Gustavinho también es buena, juega muy bien, gran claridad en esa mitad del campo y es un jugador que tiene ya mucha historia en Carabobo.
Esa salida de Tolisano de Puerto Cabello dejó vía libre para que llegara Sanvicente a Academia, lo cual nos deja un derby con mucha calidad al menos desde la raya. Saludos!
