🕑 * Remo de espalda en una mesa /back row on a table* 🕑
This exercise is quite effective for those who seek to have a strong and toned back, to perform it we place ourselves face up under a table or under any firm and strong surface that supports our weight as in my case I will do it with a kitchen counter, once under the table or counter we proceed to raise our hands to hold on to the edge of the counter and in that way raise and lower our body as if we were rowing, we must carry our almost that our chest hits up, according to our physical capacity it we can perform with the legs stretched for more intensity or with the knees bent to have a little help. We will do a series of 10 for 3 repetitions

For this exercise we will need 2 chairs on which we are going to support our hands in a position to do push-ups, reminding them that both chairs must be separated and that we will do push-ups. When lowering our body we must bring our elbows to level with our shoulders, then with our hands we push our body up again, this exercise helps a lot to strengthen our breasts and arms. For those who want to put a little more intensity on it, they can do it using another saddle to mount their feet, this will make it more intense and will require more strength. We will do a series of 10 with 3 repetitions
