Al menos 26 personas heridas, tres de ellas de gravedad, dejó este sábado una riña y posteriores disturbios entre aficionados durante el partido entre Querétaro y Atlas de la novena jornada de la Liga MX del fútbol mexicano, celebrado este sábado, según informó este domingo el gobernador del estado de Querétaro, Mauricio Kuri.
Pese a que varios medios indicaron que podría haber hasta 17 muertos como resultado de los disturbios, la Fiscalía General del estado de Querétaro aseguró este domingo que no había registrado muertes. "No existe ninguna persona fallecida. Todas las personas lesionadas son reportadas como estables y hasta este momento, con pronóstico favorable", informó la Fiscalía en un comunicado.La Fiscalía señaló asimismo que se inició de oficio una investigación "por los delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa, violencia en espectáculos deportivos, posible apología del delito, asociación delictuosa y delitos cometidos por servidores públicos".
Las fuertes imágenes publicadas en fotografías y vídeos en redes sociales sugerían, tras la batalla campal entre aficionados de ambos equipos, un saldo grande de heridos y hasta se hablaba de un fallecido. Además, sin precisar fuentes, medios mencionaron "extraoficialmente 17 muertos".En un vídeo en redes sociales, Kuri señaló que se había difundido información sobre decesos en el estadio, pero dijo que solo hay personas lesionadas "están vivas y recibiendo atención médica" y agregó: "no tengo ningún motivo para mentir ni para esconder nada".

La Fiscalía también señaló que en las próximas horas serán citados a declarar diversos servidores públicos e integrantes del sector privado, "quienes tenían a su cargo la responsabilidad de los operativos institucionales para salvaguardar la integridad de los ciudadanos en este evento deportivo".
Precisó que se llevaron a cabo diversos dictámenes periciales como la certificación del estado de salud, evaluaciones toxicológicas y criminalísticas respecto de la información aportada sobre la mecánica de los hechos. Además, dijo que está analizando los vídeos que circulan en redes sociales, de medios de comunicación y los aportados por la ciudadanía, "para realizar la identificación de comportamientos delictivos, específicamente punitivos en el Código Penal, cómo lo exige la Ley y particularmente, la identificación plena de sus participantes". De igual manera, la institución invitó a las personas agredidas a presentarse en la Unidad Especializada en la Investigación del Delito de Homicidio, para formular su denuncia.

Este sábado el partido entre los equipos Querétaro-Atlas, campeón vigente en México, por la novena jornada de Clausura del fútbol mexicano, fue suspendido como consecuencia de actos de violencia que terminaron con invasión de la cancha por parte de los aficionados. La pelea iniciada en las gradas, donde aficionados de ambos equipos se peleaban con cinturones, palos, sillas y otros artefactos, creció y fue a parar al terreno, provocó que los jugadores se refugiaran en los vestuarios y el árbitro diera por terminado el encuentro, acciones que lamentaron todos los clubes del fútbol profesional en México. Niños, mujeres y padres angustiados comenzaron a correr hacia la cancha para no estar en riesgo en medio de las distintas riñas que había entre los seguidores del Querétaro y el Atlas. En las gradas quedaron algunas personas inconscientes, con manchas de sangre, e incluso algunos de ellos fueron desnudados.
La Liga MX informó asimismo de que ha iniciado una investigación para conocer la causa que provocó los disturbios, señaló que se presentarán las denuncias penales correspondientes, y anunció que el partido será reprogramado. "Se castigará ejemplarmente a los responsables por la ausencia de seguridad en el estadio. La seguridad de nuestros jugadores y afición es prioridad", escribió el presidente de la Liga MX, Mikel Arriola en Twitter Tras los actos violentos, los equipos Querétaro y Atlas, y otros del fútbol mexicano, emitieron breves comunicados en los cuales condenaron los actos de violencia y exigieron sancionar a quienes resulten responsables.
Diversos medios internacionales y jugadores históricos del deporte, han realizado llamados de atención en busca de que el gobierno mexicano actúe no solo por lo ocurrido en el encuentro de su liga de fútbol profesional si no porque tomen cartas en el asunto de la violencia en México, algo que se está saliendo totalmente de control y es sin duda, uno de los hechos más lamentables que dañan la imágen del país Azteca

Es una situación muy difícil de solucionar, puesto que en México existe mucha impunidad y corrupción. Eso se evidencia en la vida diaria con asesinatos y desapariciones de ciudadanos comunes y con periodista que hacen denuncias. La solución acá en este contexto es prohibir las barras bravas; pero hay mucha conexiones entre los miembros de éstas con los directivos de los clubes, bandas delictivas y pare usted de contar. Nadie quiere ponerle el cascabel al gato.
Los deportes y más el futbol, generan tanta pasión que muy difícilmente las personas logran discernir entre lo correcto y lo que no lo es....y cuando esas cosas pasan, y las emociones dominan la capacidad de razonamiento suceden estas cosas...muy lamentable...
