Último entrenamiento de la semana (Spa-Eng)

Hola queridos amigos de Hive y Fulldeportes muy buenas noches para todos espero se encuentren bien con la mejor actitud y buena vibra.

El día de hoy les presento mi último entrenamiento de esta semana el cuál fue una carrera alternando entre correr rápido y caminata rápida, luego de realizar un trabajo de estiramientos y calentamiento muscular comencé el recorrido partiendo de la plaza bolivar de la comunidad de El pilar hasta cruzar en el sector la variante via nacional troncal 9 alternado.
Entre correr y caminar recorrí una distancia total de cinco kilometros una distancia con la que cumplo en todos mis entrenamientos sumando un poco mas de 22 kilometros estos cinco dias de entrenamiento. El día de hoy me sentí muy bien y más confiado de mis capacidades y resistencia física finalicé el recorrido a la altura del sector plaza de la mujer.

Today I present you my last training of this week which was a race alternating between fast running and fast walking, after doing a stretching work and muscle warm up I started the tour starting from the Bolivar square of the community of El Pilar to cross in the sector the variant national road trunk 9 alternating.
Between running and walking I covered a total distance of five kilometers a distance with which I comply in all my workouts adding a little more than 22 kilometers these five days of training. Today I felt very well and more confident of my abilities and physical endurance I finished the route at the Plaza de la Mujer sector.
