Sleep is really very important in our lives. Although all of us are aware of it's benefits yet most us can not have it as we so desire because of how demanding life is. Like you, sometimes I barely sleep three hours a day, just busy looking for food hehe, but things ought not to be so, this health of ours should be esteemed above anything else. We all know that if we don't get sufficient rest the body would definitely malfunction, thus leaving us in a state we can not even do all the works we have been busy with that deprives us sleep. So what's the gain in there? Why allow things get worst before we fix it when we can do it now and safe ourselves from danger?
