Hello dear community. I hope everyone is well. For most of us who work in Hive, every day is a new opportunity to produce original material that others will like. Of course, to see the fruits of belonging to this platform requires perseverance, responsibility and optimism. To be willing to work and above all to free your mind to create and innovate. That is what happened to me when I started to participate fully as a hiver, I developed the art of creating from a photo, from a lived circumstance, from my encounters with nature and from my passion for cooking. It's like this... everyone can exploit their potential and be valued by others when they are part of hive.
Hola querida comunidad. Espero que todos estén bien. Para la mayoría de los que trabajamos en Hive cada día es una nueva oportunidad de producir material original y que sea del agrado de otros. Por supuesto que para ver los frutos de pertenecer a esta plataforma se requiere constancia, responsabilidad y optimismo. Tener ganas de trabajar y sobretodo de liberar la mente para crear e innovar. Ese fue lo que me sucedió al empezar a participar de lleno como hiver, desarrollé el arte de crear a partir de una foto, de una circunstancias vivida, de mis encuentros con la naturaleza y de mi pasión por la cocina. Es así...cada uno puede explotar su potencial y ser valorado por otros cuando forma parte de hive.
A few months ago I must admit that my sense of work on Hive was tested by discouragement. This was due to the fact that while I was publishing my articles, I did not see the constant support of the curators, both big and small. But I tried not to be absent for too long, despite this situation. My work in Hive is not only to receive the financial benefits, although I recognize that it is of great help to me, but for the personal well-being it causes me. I still remember that during the pandemic, writing and producing material for this platform was one of my favorite tools for mental health. Keeping my mind busy, knowing that I can start writing and have my brain immediately connect with the topic and develop it, was very good for my mental and physical health.
Hace unos meses debo reconocer que fue probado mi sentido de trabajo en Hive, por desánimo. Este se debió a que mientras publicaba mis artículos, no veía el apoyo constante de los curadores, tanto grandes como pequeños. Pero trate de no ausentarme por mucho tiempo, a pesar de esta situación. Mi trabajo en Hive, no solo es para recibir los beneficios económicos, aunque reconozco que es de gran ayuda para mí, sino por el bienestar personal que me causa. Aún recuerdo que en la pandemia, el escribir y producir material para esta plataforma, fue una de mis herramientas preferidas para tener salud mental. Mantener la mente ocupada, saber que puedo empezar a escribir y que mi cerebro se conecte de inmediato con el tema y desarrollarlo, fue de mucho bien para mi salud mental y física.
Even now, after having been publishing at a slow pace for some time, it is exciting for me to see how not only my work is supported, but also that of other authors who are exemplary in their articles. I am very grateful to those who have supported me in not only giving me encouragement to keep going, but in setting an example by their constancy and confidence in this work. For that I thank @gardenofcarmen and @aalviarez among others. I also thank the curators who support my work and theirs, with constancy, because that motivates me to keep going. Even with a bit of discouragement, I must tell you that I was recently able to help a person to join hive. That's why I want to tell you about @daniellef.
Aún ahora después de estar un tiempo publicando a bajo ritmo, es emocionante para mí ver cómo se apoya no solo mi trabajo, sino el de otros autores que son ejemplares en sus artículos. Agradezco mucho a los que me han apoyado en no solo darme ánimos para seguir adelante, sino en darme el ejemplo por su constancia y confianza en este trabajo. Por eso agradezco a @gardenofcarmen y @aalviarez entre otros. También agradezco a los curadores que apoyan mi trabajo y el de ellos, con constancia, pues eso motiva a seguir adelante. Aún con un poco de desánimo, debo decirles que pude ayudar hace poco a una persona a integrarse a hive. Por eso quiero hablarles de @daniellef.
This young woman used to have her own web page where she made her work known. She asked me about the advantages of belonging to hive, and when I told her about the work done on this platform, she liked the idea of joining it. And so, the work with her began, because there were hours and days of consulting so that she could be part of hive. I was very happy that after the inconveniences of the internet, her time and others, she was finally able to enroll in Hive. To see that she not only listened to my thoughts and suggestions about the work of bloggers, but that she took action and gave her time to make her goal a reality, gave me a lot of satisfaction. Because sometimes there are people to whom you talk about your work in Hive and they are enthusiastic, because they have good ideas and skills, however, they do not put effort to start producing material, or simply enter as a member of this.
Esta joven tenía antes su propia página web donde daba a conocer su trabajo. Me preguntó las ventajas de pertenecer a hive, y cuando le comenté el trabajo que se hace en esta plataforma, le gustó la idea de integrarse a ella. Y así, empezó el trabajo con ella, pues fueron horas y días de asesoría para que pudiera formar parte de hive. Me dió mucha alegría que después de los inconvenientes del internet, su tiempo y otros, al fin pudo hacer su inscripción en Hive. El ver que no solo escucho mi pensar y sugerencias sobre el trabajo de bloggers, sino que tomo acción y dispuso de su tiempo para hacer realidad su meta, me dió mucha satisfacción. Porque a veces hay personas a las que le hablas de tu trabajo en Hive y se entusiasman, ya que tienen buenas ideas y habilidades, sin embargo, no ponen empeño en empezar a producir material, o sencillamente ingresar como integrante de esta.
For this reason, I try to continue helping @daniellef as much as possible. His questions about the procedures within the platform are many, but I always manage to satisfy his concerns. Like everything else, he goes little by little with his publications, but he is in good spirits and is confident in his skills and work. That is what we want to achieve, people who not only offer their work, but who feel happy to belong to this platform, to be consistent and responsible with it. There are already several members of hive in which I have put my grain of sand so that they enjoy their work and trust this platform as a means to develop their gifts of writing and editing.
Por esto, trato de seguir ayudando en lo posible a @daniellef. Sus preguntas sobre los procedimientos dentro de la plataforma son muchas, pero siempre logro satisfacer sus inquietudes. Como todo, va poco a poco con sus publicaciones, pero tiene buen ánimo y confía en sus destrezas y trabajo. Eso es lo que se quiere lograr, personas que no solo ofrezcan sus trabajos, sino que se sientan contentos de pertenecer a esta plataforma, el ser constantes y responsables con este. Ya son varios los integrantes de hive en que he puesto mi granito de arena para que disfruten de su trabajo y confíen en esta plataforma como un medio de desarrollar sus dones de escritura y redacción.
So, every day is important to me, as I think about what I want to talk about in my next post. Having weekly goals of how much I want to publish and organizing my material to develop a topic, makes me grow as a person. The effect of helping others benefit from this work on the platform also makes me feel useful and gives me personal well-being. So if you are still afraid to start being part of this family in Hive, think about the benefits you will get not only for your economy, but also for your mind and body. That's why I can say that I will continue in Hive as long as possible, I really like my job because of what I have already described to you. I also try on a daily basis to support the new ones who make their presentations, so that they feel the emotion of receiving my support and that of others. Así que, cada día para mí es importante, pues pienso en que quiero hablar en mi próxima publicación. El tener metas semanales de cuánto quiero publicar y al organizar mi material para desarrollar un tema, me hace crecer como persona. El efecto que produce el ayudar a otros a beneficiarse de este trabajo en la plataforma, también me hace sentir útil y me produce bienestar personal. Por eso si aún tienes miedos de empezar a formar parte de esta familia en Hive, piensa en los beneficios que obtendrás no solo para tu economía, sino también para tu mente y cuerpo. Por eso puedo decir que seguiré en Hive mientras me sea posible, me gusta mucho mi trabajo por lo que ya les he descrito. También trato a diario apoyar a los nuevos que hacen sus presentaciones, para que así sientan la emoción de recibir mi apoyo y el de otros. Ya estoy próxima a cumplir dos años como parte de esta bella familia, así que hay mucho más que contar. Pronto lo compartiré con ustedes. Y así me despido hasta una próxima oportunidad. @arialvi75 Ciertamente, tus consejos me han ayudado mucho a iniciar en Hive, y te agradezco un montón que te hayas tomado el tiempo de ayudarme a despejar las dudas que he tenido según tu experiencia. 🤗😍 Estoy tratando de crear constancia y socializar en la plataforma. Estoy consciente de que los inicios generalmente no son fáciles, a veces hay que hacer sacrificios, porque la situación país no es fácil. Hola @daniellef . En los inicios es así, hay que lidiar con los obstáculos para poder ser más participativa en la plataforma.
Estoy segura que poco a poco irás adaptandote a este trabajo y de seguro verás más frutos.

Excelente amiga @arialvi75 . Todos los que estamos en Hive hemos recibido ayuda de alguien màs a menor o mayor grado, y hay una gran diferencia de incursionar en esta plataforma con el acompañamiento de alguien con mas experiencia. Yo tuve el privilegio de conocer Hive y dar mis primeros pasaos gracias a tu y por eso siempre te estarè agradecida ❤️🌷🤗
